Vulnerability Hangovers: Tips for Recharging Based on Your Human Design Type

We had a blast chatting about the challenges of launching new projects and the importance of taking care of yourself afterwards. In this episode we explore how different human design types experience this process and share tips and tricks for recovering your energy and maintaining your well-being.

Whether you're a Projector, Manifestor, Reflector, Generator or Manifesting Generator, it's important to take a moment to slow down and prioritize satisfaction in your life. Here's how.

Our final thoughts for each type:
  • Projectors: Take a moment to slow down and prioritize satisfaction in your life. Plan time for rest and activities that bring you joy.
  • Manifestors: Give yourself permission to take a break and have a pajama day. Recognize that vulnerability and energy lulls are still a part of the process.
  • Reflectors: Create space and grace for yourself. Take time for rest and nourishment, both physically and mentally.
  • Generators/Manifesting Generators: Take your foot off the accelerator after a big project or launch. Don't feel obligated to keep going at the same pace. Prioritize satisfaction in your life and do things that light you up.
